SUPPORT IN TAX PAYMENT MANAGEMENT

We offer a complete service that includes assistance with tax payments, simplifying fiscal management for property owners.

  • For the first property, we withhold 21%, corresponding to the cedolare secca tax rate. This means the owner doesn’t need to worry about additional taxes, as the amount has already been withheld.
  • For properties from the second to the fourth, we also withhold 21%, but the owner will be responsible for paying the difference to reach the maximum rate of 26%, as required by tax regulations.
  • For those who choose the ordinary tax regime instead of the cedolare secca, we provide useful consultations to maximize tax deductions, identifying all expenses related to the property’s management that can be claimed.
